Payroll

Mason Williams offers a comprehensive, cost effective, reliable, time saving payroll service for virtually any size of business. This includes payroll management and all filing with HMRC (joining or leaving staff and RTI reporting). Payslips and payroll reports are produced as PDF files and emailed to clients and payslips can be emailed to employees if required. We also prepare and file P11D returns and manage CIS sub contractor payments and tax deductions.

Bookkeeping

We can handle all or some of your manual or computerised bookkeeping either at your offices or ours and help you to optimise it. We use SAGE and Kashflow software to help simplify your bookkeeping to make it as accurate, efficient and cost effective as possible.

Company secretarial

We offer real help and support to SMEs for the company secretary function thus relieving you and your fellow directors of the burden of having to worry about constant changes in regulation, legislation and the many statutory obligations of the Companies act. We can maintain statutory records, file changes, prepare and file annual returns, annual statutory accounts and compile board minutes for submission to Companies House,
